What We Undertake

Five disciplines, one standard.

Discipline I

Estate Acquisitions

We source and acquire full estates on behalf of collectors and institutions — including haunted mansions and abandoned castles whose contents no ordinary agent will inventory. Each acquisition begins with the history of the house and ends only when we are satisfied it will be kept, not scattered.

We act quietly, at the scale of the property itself, and we carry the transaction from first approach to final key.

Discipline II

Paranormal Real Estate

We broker properties carrying documented or reputed supernatural history — the sort of address that requires a firm willing to take the reputation seriously rather than dismiss or sensationalize it. We advise on provenance, prior occupancy, and the discretion any such sale demands.

Buyers and sellers alike come to us because we treat a house's history as a fact to be understood, not a story to be sold.

Discipline III

Private Collections

We build and steward bespoke collections for individual clients — cursed artifacts, medieval armor, Victorian funeral art, and the rarer forms of the decorative macabre. A collection is assembled slowly, with an eye to coherence and provenance, and maintained for as long as it remains in the client's care.

We remember every object we place, and we remain available to the collections we have built long after the last acquisition.

Discipline IV

Museum Consulting

We advise museums and universities on the acquisition, provenance, and preservation of unusual holdings — the objects that arrive without papers, or with papers that raise more questions than they answer. Our counsel is quiet, thorough, and given with the institution's long reputation in mind.

Where an object's history is contested, we establish what can be known before a single line of interpretation is written.

Discipline V

Rare Artifact Brokerage

We source rare manuscripts, forgotten-cemetery relics, and objects with contested or hard-to-trace histories — the acquisitions that require a broker trusted by both sides to keep a confidence. We authenticate history before we ever name a price.

When the provenance cannot be established, we say so, and we decline. That refusal is precisely what makes our word worth carrying.
